problema istallare Materializzer

Salve a tutti, 

ho istallato ubuntu 18.04

ho provato a istallare Materializzer,

prima ho scaricato il file ZIP 

e al link si puo vedere il file che ho estratto
ma non vedo come
 avviare il progrmamma

cosi ho trovato le istruzioni per il terminale 

seguendo le istruzioni

ho copiato e incolato nel terminale i comandi che ho trovato su internet. 

il problema è che non vedo il modo per fare partire 
materializzer.

cosa devo fare per poter utilizzare materializzer?
