Cambiato prina in 4711 e non ha funzionato, poi in 4755 e lo provo stasera.
Confermo che in configura k3b i permessi non sono modificabili.Ti faccio sapere.

ho provato adesso e si apre regolarmente cliccando sull'icona. Tuttavia riporta un errore di scrittura di cui allego il log.

In pratica suggerisce di fare qualcosa, ma non ci capisco molto.
Grazie per il supporto (sono testardo e pur avendo altri programmi  "voglio capire e risolvere").
Comunque sembra cha la cosa vada avanti addirittura dal 2012:
